Further in the spirit of Halloween and charcoal, have a demonized adult Kagura from the Gintama movie. Gave her curling horns in the rationale that maybe when she was younger they were much smaller and fit under those bun-caps. Now she wears a tassel on one of them.

Featuring tiny hints of colored charcoal in the eyes and the light from the summoning circle.
